From electronic paperwork to the equipment that we use, we want to save time while improving the effectiveness of our service. For example, our dental office uses an intraoral scanner. This piece of technology uses a thin wand-like tool to scan your child's smile and create detailed 3D images of their teeth and gums. Intraoral scanners can prove especially valuable when creating impressions for braces or clear aligners. By doing away with traditional putty impressions, your child spends less time in the exam chair, reducing their discomfort.
